Pai posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) expressing his dissatisfaction. “Indigo treats its passengers badly. Sitting in 6E 7407 without AC on hot tarmac in Bengaluru. No way to treat passengers. “Indigo is the worst airline to travel. Unfortunately, there is no competition domestically for Indigo. Air India doesn't run on many domestic routes. Often, Indigo is the only airline offering many domestic connecting flights. There being no alternative on many routes, customers are forced to book with Indigo and endure pathetically poor service standards of Indigo. Everything about Indigo is so low quality. Till about 5 years back Indigo was much better but then their service standards have dived lower and lower each passing day. Their USP used to be on time performance.
