'Superman' has emerged as the first choice for the Indian audience in theatres. The James Gunn-directorial enjoyed a solid first weekend, collecting around Rs 25.50 crore nett in three days at the box office.
The film, starring David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan, among others, in important roles, received positive reviews from Indian critics. However, it was the audience's faith in Gunn and the title itself that attracted them to theatres.
