Over the past two weeks, at least six schools have either closed or renamed their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) offices. This comes after Harvard shut down its central Office for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging in April.

The TH Chan School of Public Health also rebranded its diversity efforts, now operating under the Office for Community and Belonging.

In a message to affiliates, Dean Andrea Baccarelli announced a new working group focused on 'constructive engagement,' particularly around viewpoint diversity.
