The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the Civil Services Examinations (CSE) Main results 2024 on the official website. Candidates who have appeared for the UPSC CSE 2024 mains can check their results at the official websites,i.e., upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in before any delays.
The UPSC CSE exam is held in three phases – prelims, mains and interviews. While the UPSC CSE 2024 prelims exam was conducted on June 16, the CSE mains UPSC exam was held on September 20, 21, 22, 28, and 29.
Candidates who cleared the mains will be called for an interview that is a personality test round. This will likely be conducted from January 2025.
NUMBER OF VACANCIES
The Commission aims to fill over 1,000 vacancies through this recruitment drive. Candidates who meet the cut-off marks will be selected for prestigious positions such as Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and other central services.
