One such story is that of IAS Officer Neha Byadwal, daughter of Shravan Kumar, a senior Income Tax Officer. Born in Jaipur, and raised in Chhattisgarh, Neha cracked the IAS exam in 2021 with the help of her parents and made small changes in her study habits.
Neha Byadwal became a role model for UPSC aspirants overnight with her performance in the exam and with her dedication towards studies.
After failing to crack the UPSC exam, which is considered to be one of the
toughest exams of the country that selects IAS, IPS and other allied service
officers, Neha decided to make a change in her study pattern.
One of the major changes she made was keeping herself away from social media.
As per reports, Neha restricted her mobile phone usage and did not touch phone
for 3 years as she was determined to crack the biggest exams of the country.


With her goal set clear, Neha cracked the exam with an All India Rank of 569. Neha secured a total of 960 marks in the UPSC Civil Service Examination, including 151 marks in the interview. Read More
