Neha Byadwal: The IAS officer who did notuse phone for 3 years and redefined studyhabits

Neha Byadwal, a 2024 IAS officer, achieved success in the UPSC exam after modifying her study habits. A key change involved abstaining from social media and restricting mobile phone use for three years. This dedicated approach led her to secure an All India Rank of 569, highlighting the detrimental impact of mobile phone distractions on exam preparation.

Supporting children during tough exams requires a balance of guidance and encouragement. Parents create a friendly environment in the house to make sure their child doesn't have any distraction at all. The role of parents is often ignored in such cases, but every child knows that parents are the real supporters and cheer leaders in the path of preparation and success.

One such story is that of IAS Officer Neha Byadwal, daughter of Shravan Kumar, a senior Income Tax Officer. Born in Jaipur, and raised in Chhattisgarh, Neha cracked the IAS exam in 2021 with the help of her parents and made small changes in her study habits.

Neha Byadwal became a role model for UPSC aspirants overnight with her performance in the exam and with her dedication towards studies.

After failing to crack the UPSC exam, which is considered to be one of the toughest exams of the country that selects IAS, IPS and other allied service officers, Neha decided to make a change in her study pattern.
One of the major changes she made was keeping herself away from social media. As per reports, Neha restricted her mobile phone usage and did not touch phone for 3 years as she was determined to crack the biggest exams of the country.
