Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt extended her congratulations to filmmaker Payal Kapadia for her Golden Globe Award nomination for her film All We Imagine As Light. She has been nominated for the Best Director (Motion Picture category) at the 82nd Golden Globes awards 2025. Besides that, the film has also been nominated in the Best Motion Picture - Non-English Language category at the prestigious awards ceremony.
Expressing her excitement and pride on social media, Alia wrote, "History is yours." In the Best Non-English Language Motion Picture category, All We Imagine As Light will compete with French film Emilia Perez (which also won the most nominations at the 82nd Golden Globes), The Girl With the Needle, I’m Still Here, The Seed of the Sacred Fig and Vermiglio.
